l General Provisions

1.1 Application Scope.
1.1.1 This regulation applies to domestic indoor and outdoor circuit breakers in 3KV and above operation or standby. Circuit breakers imported from abroad can also be combined with the provisions of the manufacturer with reference to this code.
1.1.2 Power plant, substation duty personnel, power supply bureau substation area patrol personnel, power plant, power supply bureau in charge of operation of the chief engineer, biotechnology department and workshop technical leaders should be familiar with and abide by the relevant provisions of this code.
1.2 General Requirements
1.2.1 The circuit breaker shall have the manufacturer's nameplate marked with basic parameters and other contents. If the circuit breaker has been modified, the corresponding content of the nameplate should be modified. The technical parameters of the circuit breaker must meet the requirements of the operating conditions at the installation site.
1.2.2 The opening and closing indicators of the circuit breaker should be easy to observe and correctly indicated.
1.2.3 The grounding metal shell of the circuit breaker shall have a clear grounding mark, and the grounding bolt shall be no less than M12 and in good contact.
1.2.4 Measures shall be taken to monitor the operating temperature at the connection points of the circuit breaker wiring board or other necessary places. Such as temperature wax sheet.
1.2.5 Each circuit breaker shall have a running number and name.
1.2.6 The exposed live part of the circuit breaker should have obvious phase paint.
